First, you need to remove the back cover and the battery. You’ll see a Liquid Damage Indicator (LDI) in between the battery terminal and the micro sim slot. This indicator is normally white, with pink solid x’s which bleed when your phone sustains liquid damage. There’s also an LDI on the battery itself which will display the same results if your battery has been affected.
Take note that water damage isn’t covered by Samsung’s Limited Warranty, so your best option is to take your Note 3 to a third party repair service that specializes in water damage repair.
Trust 305 Phone Repair in Miami for your Note 3 water damage concerns.
