My phone fell in the beach water and does not turn on anymore, what do I do?

Do not charge your phone. Leave your device in a dry place and make sure the device is off (if you can turn it off). Bring the device in as early as possible for our water damage treatment and for us to diagnose if the damage is repairable. We have a very good success rate with water damage devices.

My phone is making noise, but does not show anything on the screen. Is the device done?

No. Contrary to what some people might tell you, this device can still be fixed. Generally it can be a problem with the display or the main board, which are both problems we are able to repair in a timely manor.

Something other than my screen is not working and Apple told me I have to replace my whole phone. Can you fix it?

Of course! We fix charger ports, head phone jacks, lock buttons, home buttons, cameras and much more. Almost any part of your phone or tablet is replaceable as long as they produce the part on the market. Give us a call or bring your device in and we will give you a free estimate.

What happens if you cannot fix my phone?

We only charge you if we can fix the problem you brought the device to us for. So if your screen is not working and a screen replacement does not work. We will put your old parts back and not charge you a penny.

What does your warranty cover?

Our warranty covers any malfunctions with the parts we provide to you as long as you have a receipt present as well as ZERO damage to the part we provided. If you do not have a copy of the receipt or any damage to the part, we will not be able to do any repairs free of charge.

How long does a repair typically take?

  • Generally iPhone repairs are completed in under 30 minutes.

  • iPad devices are generally completed within 1 hour.

Why should I come to you instead of getting my phone fixed by some guy on craigslist?
